No. 26 Wildcats Set For Road Trip at Wisconsin and Nebraska

EVANSTON, Ill. – No. 26 Northwestern is set to hit the road this weekend, as the Cats' face No. 62 Wisconsin on Friday at 3 p.m. CT. On Sunday, the Cats' take on Nebraska at 12 p.m. CT.

The Cats' are 13-7 overall and 2-2 in the Big Ten following last weekend's split against Michigan State and No. 6 Michigan.

The 'Cats have made strides in the latest ITA singles and doubles rankings. Steven Forman checks in at No. 36 in the latest singles rankings with Simen Bratholm at No. 94 and Trice Pickens at No. 118. Forman and Felix Nordby are now ranked No. 58 as a doubles pair.

Forman and Nordby topped the No. 6 duo in the country in a 6-3 win during the Michigan match.

Presley Thieneman also earned a win for the Wildcats, 6-2, 7-5 over No.43 Jacob Bickersteth, who was 10-1 on the season.

Wisconsin is 8-8 overall and 2-1 in the Big Ten. Nebraska is 5-13 overall and 1-2 in the Big Ten. Nebraska fell to Wisconsin this past weekend in a 4-3 decision. 

Northwestern's last meeting with Wisconsin was a 7-0 sweep for the Cats'. Northwestern last saw Nebraska during last season's Big Ten tournament where the Cats' secured a 4-2 win, with singles points from?? Trice Pickens, Steven Forman and Presley Thieneman
