EVANSTON, Ill. -- The No. 41 Northwestern Wildcats took all seven points against the Michigan State Spartans on Friday night. The 'Cats have now won their last three meets.
The Wildcats came out with the doubles point after the duo of Nick Brookes and Simen Bratholm won a pivotal tiebreak game to seal the point for NU.
Presley Thieneman moved to 6-0 on the season after picking up a win from the No. 6 singles spot. He took the matchup in straight sets (6-3, 6-3).
