Northwestern Completes Final Round of The Prestige

LA QUINTA, Calif. - Northwestern wrapped up the final round of The Prestige at PGA West on Wednesday afternoon.
Sophomore Eric McIntosh led the Wildcats in the third day with four birdies in his 2-under performance, his best output of the tournament. McIntosh finished tied for 24th with an individual score of 6-over 219.
Junior Everton Hawkins, first year David Nyfjäll and senior Pete Griffith fired rounds of 73, 74 and 77 respectively while Senior Ryan Lumsden (74-69-78) tied for 33rd.
As a team, the Wildcats finished in ninth place after a 9-over final round.
Northwestern is set to compete in the Desert Mountain Collegiate, Mar. 9 in Scottsdale, Arizona for the first time since 2017. In the Wildcats last appearance in the tournament, Dylan Wu placed fourth to lead the Wildcats to a runner-up finish.
