EVANSTON, Ill. —
Northwestern continues a season-long road swing Thursday as it travels to Madison to take on Wisconsin at Kohl Center. Tip time is set for 7:30 p.m.

Thursday's game is Northwestern's third straight on the road, something it hasn't had to do in league play since the 2002-03 season. The Wildcats are in the midst of playing five away from home over a six-game span also for the first time in 15 years.

Northwestern is coming off a 58-47 loss at No. 24/25 Michigan on Monday. Scottie Lindsey paced the Wildcats with 15 points.

Bryant McIntosh enters Thursday's game two assists shy of tying Illinois' Dee Brown for seventh place in Big Ten history in career assists. McIntosh is three assists away from joining Michigan's Gary Grant and Illinois' Demetri McCamey as the only players in Big Ten history with 1,650 points and 675 assists in their careers.

Northwestern and Wisconsin have split their last six meetings. The Wildcats have won two of their last three games at Wisconsin's home venue, including a 66-59 win Feb. 12 of last season over the No. 7/5 Badgers. McIntosh led the Wildcats with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists.

Scouting Wisconsin
The Badgers (10-13, 3-7 B1G) have dropped six of their last seven contests, most recently falling 74-63 Monay at home to Nebraska. Ethan Happ led Wisconsin with 25 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocked shots against the Cornhuskers and paces the team in scoring (17.5 ppg), rebounding (8.6 rpg), assists (3.9 apg) and steals (1.4 spg). Freshman Brad Davison contributes 11.2 points per game.
