Wilimovsky, Olshtein Score for 'Cats on Day Two of Big Tens

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Senior Jordan Wilimovsky placed fifth in the championship final of the 500 free and junior Almog Olshtein won the C-Final heat in the 50 free to pick up points for Northwestern men's swimming and diving on day two of the Big Ten Championships.
Wilimovsky turned in an NCAA 'B' cut time of 4:15.93 to take fifth in the competitive 500 free and pick up 25 points for the Wildcats. Wilimovsky's time was Northwestern's best of the 2017 season in that event.
Olshtein touched the wall first in his finals race with a time of 19.94 to earn nine points for Northwestern. The junior's time was Northwestern fastest of the year and an NCAA 'B' cut.
Andrew Cramer finished 19th overall in the 1-meter dive competition with a score of 299.25.
Northwestern's 400 medley relay team swam a 2017 top time of 3:13.44.
