Dylan Wu Named Big Ten Golfer of the Week

EVANSTON, Ill. - Sophomore Dylan Wu was named Big Ten Golfer of the Week after leading the Wildcats to an eighth-place team finish at the Goodwin, hosted by Stanford, last weekend.
The Wildcats shot a final round of 5-over 285 to card a 54-hole score of 14-over 854 (286-283-285), three strokes better than No. 1 USC in the 26-team field.
Wu carded eight birdies over three rounds at the Stanford University Golf Course in Palo Alto, Calif., to post a 1-over 211 (70-74-69). He finished 13th in the individual standings at the Goodwin in a field packed with talent.
The sophomore carded a 3-under-par 67 on the final day of competition, his best career round at the Goodwin.
The honor marks the second for Wu since arriving in Evanston.
