EVANSTON, Ill. — The Northwestern men's soccer program will take on Penn State in front of a national television audience on the Big Ten Network this Sunday, November 1 at 11 a.m. (CT).

The game was originally schedule for 12 p.m. but was moved up an hour earlier this week to accomodate the television schedule.

Fans not traveling to University Park, Pennsylvania for the contest can watch the game on BTN or on their mobile device through BTN2Go. Dean Linke will handle play-by-play for the match with Chris Doran providing analysis.

Chasing Another Big Ten Title
The 'Cats will finish up the regular season with two road matches against Penn State and Wisconsin with hopes still alive of a third Big Ten regular season championship. The Wildcats currently sit tied for third with 9 points (3-3-0), just three points behind Big Ten Leader Rutgers. Chicago's Big Ten Team won back-to-back regular season titles in 2011 & 2012.

Number 150
A win on Sunday over Penn State would mark head coach Tim Lenahan's 150th victory at the helm of the Wildcats. Lenahan is the program's all-time leader in wins and has an overall career record of 275-175-66.

Capping It Off
Senior forward Joey Calistri leads the Wildcats in points with 10 on the season, putting him in double digits for the fourth consecutive season. Calistri has accumulated 70 career points, including 30 goals, and will look to add to those totals are his career at NU comes to a close. His 30 goals rank second in program history and are just three shy of Matt Eliason's program record of 33.

A Force In the Net
Senior keeper Zak Allen has been stellar this season, leading all Big Ten goalkeepers in saves (71) and saves per game at 5.07, more than a point higher than any other qualified keeper in the conference. Allen posted his second shutout of the season on Saturday, when the 'Cats blanked Michigan State 1-0. Allen's other shutout came on Sept. 14 against UCF.

Scouting the Nittany Lions
At 6-6-3 on the season and 2-3-2 in the Big Ten, Penn State has played at a similar level to Northwestern (6-7-2, 3-3-0) thus far. The 'Cats sit fourth in the conference standings, three spots ahead of the Nittany Lions, but they will have to be on their game as a loss to Penn State would catapult them ahead of Northwestern in the Big Ten. Junior forward Connor Maloney leads the team with six goals and 13 points. Senior midfielder Brian James has been the main distributor on the team with three assists, and three other players have each added a pair of assists. Redshirt senior goalie Matt Bersano has recorded five shutouts in 13 starts.
