EVANSTON, Ill. — Northwestern will look to snap its two-game losing streak this Saturday when it travels to Nebraska for a Big Ten West showdown against the Cornhuskers on ESPN2.

The Wildcats opened the season with five-straight wins, but have since dropped games to Michigan and Iowa. The Cornhuskers enter the contest 3-4 and 1-2 in the Big Ten and are coming off a victory over Minnesota. Beth Mowins will be on the call for the ESPN2 broadcast with Anthony Becht providing analysis and Paul Carcattera on the sidelines. Fans can also stream the game on their mobile and wirelss devices through WatchESPN.

As always, the game will also be broadcast on WGN 720 with the voice of the Wildcats Dave Eanet, Dan Persa and sideline reporter Adam Hoge.

Nebraska Notes
• Nebraska will honor the 1995 National Championship team as part of its Weekend of Champions celebration. The 1995 team finished with a perfect 12-0 record and defeated all 12 opponents by at least 14 points to cap back-to-back national championship seasons.

• Three of the four matchups between Nebraska and Northwestern since the Huskers joined the Big Ten have been decided by three or fewer points. Both of the games in Lincoln have been decided by three points.

• Nebraska has allowed just seven combined points in the first half of its past three home games. NU has outscored South Alabama, Southern Miss and Wisconsin 60-7 before halftime.
