Chris Wilson is 4-Over After First 11 Holes

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A three-hour thunderstorm delay pushed back the start of Chris Wilson's afternoon tee time, leaving him one of several golfers who was unable to finish the first round of the NCAA Central Regional Championships at the Warren Golf Course.
Wilson was able to complete the first 11 holes, shooting a 4-over 47. He will conclude his last seven holes Friday morning before beginning second-round play. He is one of six golfers at the Regional who is competing individually.
Wilson, who carded six pars, one birdie, three bogeys and one double bogey, is in 71st place.
Fifteen of the 27 teams were able to complete first-round play. Of the teams that finished 18 holes, Missouri leads with a 5-over 285.
