EVANSTON, Ill. - Senior Luke Donald (High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England/Royal Grammar School) took medalist honors at the Kepler Intercollegiate in Columbus, Ohio, Sunday. Donald fired a three-round total of 1-under-par 212 to win by seven shots over Kevin Hall of Ohio State. It is Donald's 11th career tournament victory and his second in as many weeks. Freshman Tom Johnson (Fair Oaks, Calif./Del Campo) finished in ninth place after shooting a final round 78.
As a team, Northwestern finished in second place, one shot behind OSU. The Wildcats shot rounds of 295-295-304=894.
