Men's Golf in Seventh after Round One of NCAAs

EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern fired a team score of 296 to stand in seventh place after Wednesday's first round of the NCAA Championships, being played at Hazeltine National Golf Course in Chaska, Minn. Oklahoma State leads the tournament at one-over-par 289. Individually for NU, Luke Donald and Josh Habig are tied for 22nd place at one-over-par 73 while Jess Daley and Erik Ciotti are tied for 48th at three-over-par 75. East Tennessee State's Chris Wisler leads the field at four-under-par 68.

NU's individual results as well as team scores appear below. The Wildcats will be paired with BYU and Florida in Thursday's second round and tee off beginning at 7:57 a.m. CDT. The tournament field will be cut to the top 15 teams and top nine individuals not on those teams after round two.
