Northwestern (7-14, 2-8 B1G) is hoping to bounce back after dropping a pair of tough games to ranked opponents over the last week. They'll hope to complete the season sweep against a Wisconsin team (10-10, 3-7 B1G) that they beat in Madison nearly a month ago. Including that game, the 'Cats have won eight of their last nine against the Badgers.

Last time they faced off, Caroline Lau collected her third double-double of the season with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Since then, she's logged two more double-digit scoring performances and racked up 21 more assists in five games, bringing her to 121 in 21 games. Her 5.8 assists-per-game average is now second in the Big Ten and 13th in the NCAA.

In both of their last two games, the 'Cats have been led on offense by Melannie Daley, who has brought her scoring average up to 13.1 after hitting double digits in each of her last four games. The junior is shooting 47.1 percent from the floor, which makes her the third-best shooting guard in the conference. With 19 points against Iowa, she fell just shy of her fifth 20-point performance this season.

Since Northwestern last saw Wisconsin, the Badgers have gone 2-3 with wins over Minnesota and Rutgers and losses to Michigan, No. 3 Iowa and No. 12 Ohio State.

Following Sunday's game, the 'Cats will head south for a rematch with the Illinois Fighting Illini on Thursday. That game is set to tip off at 6 p.m. for Champaign, with action to be streamed on B1G+.
