EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern heads back to Welsh-Ryan Arena on Sunday for a dual against Maryland at 2 p.m. CT.

Northwestern has won all five duals of the two programs' histories, with the first coming in 2014.

The 'Cats are coming off a 26-13 victory at #23 Illinois, which saw Wildcats win in eight of the twelve matchups.

At 125 pounds, Michael DeAugustino won by decision, 1-0, to move to 4-1 on the season. With the win, DeAugustino maintained his #12 ranking in the 125 lbs. division according to Intermat.com.

#11 Yahya Thomas pinned Christian Kanzler in 1:49 at 149 pounds, his eighth victory and second pin in a dual this season.

The nation's #2 wrestler at 157 pounds, Ryan Deakin was dominant yet again with a tech fall victory ove Joe Roberts of Illinois. Trevor Chumbley will wrestle in Deakin's place this weekend, looking to build off a 5-3 record this year and a pin of his own in the extra matches at Illinois last week.

At 174 pounds, Troy Fisher improved to 11-5 on the season with a 3-1 decision victory at Illinois. Fisher moved up to 28 in Intermat.com's 174 lbs. ranking this week.

Andrew Davison recorded his first pin of the season in 2:25 at Illinois to move to #30 in the 197 lbs. rankings. Davison, a graduate transfer from Michigan, now sits at 8-6 on the season and will likely face a test against #28 Jaron Smith of Maryland this weekend.

Lucas Davison continued his dominant debut season in the heavyweight class with another victory by 3-2 decision. Davison is now 14-4 on the season and #10 in the 285 lbs. rankings.
