Northwestern/South Carolina Set to Open 2020 Hall of Fame Classic

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Initial matchups for the 2020 Hall of Fame Classic Powered by ShotTracker were announced on Tuesday, with Northwestern set to face off against South Carolina at T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. on Saturday, November 28.

The Hall of Fame Classic powered by ShotTracker is annually one of the top early-season college basketball tournaments in the country. This season marks the 20th anniversary of the event, which is held annually in Kansas City as part of the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame Weekend.

This year's tournament field consists of Northwestern, South Carolina, TCU and Tulsa. The Wildcats and Gamecocks will kick off the tournament in the first of two semifinal round matchups on Saturday, November 28, followed by TCU vs. Tulsa. Teams will advance to compete in the consolation and championship matchups on Sunday, November 29.

All games are set to air live on ESPN networks. Tip-off times and network designations will be announced at a later date. This year's tournament will not have fans in attendance at T-Mobile Center.
