EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern will continue Big Ten play on Thursday night when they take on Minnesota at Williams Arena. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.

The Wildcats come into the game with a 12-2 record following a week where they dominated No. 17 Maryland but were tripped up by Iowa. The Golden Gophers own a 11-3 record and a 1-2 mark in conference play.

Lindsey Pulliam had 24 points against Maryland and dropped 25 versus Iowa, giving Pulliam her fourth straight game reaching the 20-point mark.

Veronica Burton also contributed with 10 points and four steals against the Hawkeyes, following her career-high 23 points and six steals against the Terrapins. The sophomore has recorded at least four steals in each of the past four games and leads the Big Ten with 3.7 steals per game.

The 'Cats rank first in the Big Ten and third in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio with a mark of 1.53. They also boast the second best scoring defense in the conference and ninth best in the nation, allowing just 53.0 points per game.

Northwestern fell just short of entering the AP top 25 for the first time this season, receiving the most votes out of any unranked team.
