'Cats Travel to Carolina to Face Ranked Opponents

EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern heads to Raleigh, N.C., Friday, Oct. 28 to take on No. 3 North Carolina State at 3 p.m. CT, before traveling down the road on Saturday, Oct. 29 to Durham, N.C., to face No. 26 Duke at 10 a.m. CT.
 
Fans can follow Friday's action via live stream and live stats, while Saturday's action will have live stats.
 
The Wildcats are coming off a 210-90 win over UIC, a 201.50-96.50 win over Olivet Nazarene and a 214-83 win over the University of Chicago at the quad dual meet last weekend.
 
The weekend totaled six first-place finishes in the swimming events, including five individual first-place finishes and one team first-place in the 200-medley relay.

The diving events were again controlled by NU, as senior Andrew Cramer and sophomore Ben Magliato took the top two spots in both the 3-meter and 1-meter competitions for the second straight week.
 
Northwestern is undefeated on the campaign. Prior to sweeping its three opponents last weekend, NU topped Eastern Michigan (Oct. 14) in the season-opening meet.
 
North Carolina State is coming off two victories in a two-day dual against Wisconsin with scores of 136-50 and 224-121 last weekend.
 
Duke, on the other hand, is coming off a 2-1 showing at the Virginia Tech quad dual meet last weekend, losing 210.5-141.5 to Virginia Tech, while beating West Virginia and William and Mary by scores of 288-64 and 251.5-94.5, respectively.
