Will Persiani joined the Northwestern Volleyball staff in July 2026 as the Video & Analytics Coordinator.

He arrived in Evanston after earning experience as a Creative Video Intern in the athletic department at the University of Dayton, where he served all 16 teams. Working especially with the volleyball program, Persiani captured and produced all video content for the Flyers, helping grow the team's social presence during their first-ever trip to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen in 2024.

A native of Avon Lake, Ohio, Persiani graduated from the University of Dayton in May of 2026 with a degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, working out and taking walks.
