Ben Durbala was elevated to the role of Scouting & Recruiting analyst in March 2026 after spending the previous seven months as a Scouting & Recruiting assistant.
From 2023 to 2025, Durbala worked in asset management for Bradford Allen.
Durbala graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2024. He earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Northwestern in 2026.
During his time in Columbia, Durbala was a student manager with the football program from 2021 to 2022.
