Parker Lovett joined the Northwestern staff as a graduate manager in August 2019. He assists with film breakdown and scouting of opponents, player development, and operations support.
Prior to joining the 'Cats, Lovett was an assistant coach at Wenatchee Valley College in Washington. During the 2018-19 season, Lovett prepared scouting reports, assisted with practice and game preparation, evaluated potential recruits, maintained a recruiting database and coordinated campus visits.
A 2018 graduate from Gonzaga University, Lovett has co-directed the Gonzaga men's basketball team and individual camps in the summers of 2018 and 2019. Working alongside the director of operations, Lovett handled a variety of tasks including scheduling, hiring, budgeting, plus travel and lodging arrangements.

He is set to complete his Master's degree in the spring of 2021.
