2019: All-Big Ten Honorable Mention ... Appeared in 12 games with 11 starts, registering 78 tackles, three TFL and two fumble recoveries ... Recorded at least 10 total tackles for the third time in his career in the opener against Stanford (8/31) ... Forced and recovered a fumble while adding seven tackles in a win over UNLV (9/14) ... Recovered a fumble for the second straight week and had seven tackles against Michigan State (9/21) ... Recorded a season-high 13 total tackles along with his first sack of the season at Wisconsin (9/28).
2018: Appeared in ten games as a sophomore and assumed starting safety duties against Iowa, finishing with 57 tackles, two fumble recoveries, three TFL, and four pass breakups … Had a breakout performance against No. 3 Notre Dame, making 10 tackles including one TFL along with a pass breakup (11/3) … Tackle of the night in the fourth quarter against No. 3 Notre Dame (11/3) ... Made his first collegiate start at No. 21 Iowa, and recovered his first career fumble with 4:26 in the game. 2017: Suffered an injury during training camp and did not see action in his redshirt first year.

High School: Earned a three-star rating from 247Sports ... Helped lead the Katy Tigers to the Class 6A Division II Texas State Championship and the top spot in the MaxPreps national high school rankings ... Captained a defense that allowed a total of 62 points in 16 games, including ten shutouts, while winning its first state title since 2012 and eighth overall ...
