Sam Mulford

Sam Mulford was elevated to a Director of Recruiting role in July 2024 after spending the past 2.5 years as a recruiting analyst and director of recruiting operations/pro liaison.
Mulford previously worked as an Assistant Athletic Director-General Manager / Director of Football Operations at the University of Buffalo in 2021. He spent the prior 16 months in various assistant roles with the Wildcat football program.
In 2017, Mulford graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and anthropology from Lake Forest College, where he played for the school’s football program. He received a Masters of Arts in Sports Administration from Northwestern in 2025.
After graduating from Lake Forest, Mulford spent two seasons as an assistant football coach with the Lake Forest football team, working with wide receivers and as an assistant special teams coordinator.
