Jaime Cano
Jaime Cano has served as the Assistant Director of Football Sports Performance since February 2024. He spent time on the Northwestern staff in 2018, when the program won the Big Ten West, The Holiday Bowl and finished No. 19 in the final AP Poll.

He previously served as the Head Athletic Performance Coach at Saint Xavier University from 2020-2024. From 2016 to January 2020, Cano held various strength and conditioning positions at Michigan State, Texas A&M and UNLV. He has also held roles at Southwest Minnesota State University and Iowa.

Cano graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fitness and Health Promotion from Aurora University in 2014. He played offensive line for the Aurora football program. In 2016, Cano completed a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago.
