Entrances

All entrances to Ryan Field are street level and accessible for persons with disabilities. Ryan Field has a clear bag only policy. Bags containing materials needed due to a medical condition are allowed; you will need to enter Gate R on the West side or Gate E on the East side of Ryan Field and have the bag checked and properly tagged upon entry.

Accessible Seating:
Accessible seating is located in rows 1-4 of sections 107 through 109 on the east side of the field, in rows 1-4 of sections 128-130 on the west side, and in rows 36-38 of section 126 and 132 on the west side. If you need seating in these areas, please contact the ticket  office at 888-GO-PURPLE (467-8775) prior to arrival. Please be advised that exchanges and relocations are subject to wheelchair & companion seat availability and are accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to social distancing requirements, sections 107-109 and 128-130 will not be available for the 2020 season.

Elevator Access:
Guests who require elevator access need to have stamped tickets. For more information and to obtain a stamp, contact the ticket office at 888-GO-PURPLE (467-8775). You may also obtain a stamp at any of our ticket booths or fan services stations (located near Sections 109, 117 and 129). Elevators are located between Gates N and Q of Ryan Field.

Restrooms:
All public restroom in Ryan Field are accessible to guests with disabilities and there are additional accessible restrooms in the south end-zone bypass.

Ramps:
Ryan Field is equipped with Ramps on the East and West side that will get guests to row 38. There are ramps in the North and South Towers that lead to the 200 level of Ryan Field.

Parking:
Season permit accessible parking is located in both the east and west parking lots. Single-game paid accessible parking is LIMITED and offered on a first come, first served basis and is located in the West Parking Lot across the street from Ryan Field. The cost is $30 and is cash only.

All fans who park in the designated ADA accessible parking spaces must have a valid disabled parking placard or license plate issued by their home state. Additional free accessible parking is available in our Ridge Rd- North Lot #138. NU will have staff on-site to coordinate shuttle service along with an accessible shuttle.

Guests can expedite an accessible shuttle by notifying NU Athletics at (847) 491-7887 as you are parking.

Shuttles/Drop-off
The drop-off area for guests with disabilities is on Ashland Avenue near Gate M.
There are busses equipped for persons with disabilities to use that will pick up on the regular game day shuttle route. Guests needing an accessible shuttle should notify NU Athletics at (847) 491-7887 so we can assist in sending the appropriate bus on the appropriate route.
Additional free accessible parking is available in our Ridge Rd- North Lot #138. We will have staff on-site to coordinate shuttle service.

Service Animals
Northwestern has adopted the Service, Assistance, and Other Animals at Northwestern Policy, which provides guidance on the appropriate use of and protocols associated with service, assistance and other animals on campus.
