EVANSTON, Ill. - Northwestern saw 116 student-athletes earn Spring Academic All-Big Ten honors, the conference announced on Wednesday.
Including the spring honorees, 329 total Wildcats were named to academic all-conference teams during the 2025-26 athletic year, the university's most since 2021-22. It also marks the 16th consecutive year that Northwestern has seen at least 200 athletes honored and the fifth time in the last six years that more than 300 Wildcats have earned the distinction.
Cara Nugent (Women's Lacrosse), Jaylen Rosga (Women's Lacrosse) and Erin Boler (Women's Track & Field) all posted unblemished 4.0 GPA's during their seasons.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team (as verified by being on the official squad list as of May 1 for spring sports), have been enrolled full time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
