Men’s Golf Opens 2026-27 Season at Folds of Honor Collegiate
GRAND HAVEN, Mich. – Northwestern men’s golf returns to the course to kick off the 2026-27 season, competing at the Folds of Honor Collegiate in Grand Haven, Mich. The nationally televised event runs from Monday (Sept. 7) through Wednesday (Sept. 9), and will be broadcast live across all three rounds on Golf Channel.
The Wildcats will open play Monday morning, with the first groupings going off at 11 a.m. CT. Tuesday’s action will begin at 6:30 a.m. CT while Wednesday’s final round is set to get underway at 11 a.m. CT. The Golf Channel schedule is listed below (all times ET).

The Field
Northwestern joins a 15-team field consisting of the Air Force, Alabama, Army, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Grand Valley State, Florida A&M, Florida State, Kansas, Michigan State, Navy, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Texas. The Wildcats are making their first ever appearance at the event.

Redshirt junior Rowan Sullivan placed second on the team last season with four top-10 finishes, and was named to the All-Big Ten Second Team.
The 'Cats
The Wildcats took seven top-5 finishes throughout the 2025-26 season, winning the Ganter Cup against Michigan State for the third consecutive season.
Head coach David Inglis enters his 13th year leading the program and is set to return six letterwinners from the previous season, including redshirt junior and All-Big Ten Second Team golfer Rowan Sullivan, while also welcoming first-years Kuan Zhou, Carter Gaede and Carl Möller. Zhou was named to the DVRN Golf All-Freshmen Second Team.
