EVANSTON, Ill. -Â Northwestern swimming and diving has released its 2026-27 season schedule, including four home meets. The program is set to host Miami (OH) for its season opener on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Norris Aquatics Center. NU will also welcome Notre Dame on Friday, Oct. 23, UChicago on Saturday, Jan. 9 and Wisconsin for Senior Day on Saturday, Jan. 23.
The Wildcats open their 2026-27 slate with Miami (OH) before traveling to Bloomington, Ind., competing against Indiana and Texas on Friday, Oct. 9. NU then returns to Evanston to host Notre Dame, ahead of several multi-day competitions. The ‘Cats will compete at the Short Course World Trials in Westmont, Ill., running Oct. 28-31.
Northwestern will then visit Duke in Durham, N.C., for a two-day meet on Nov. 6-7. The swimmers and divers will split for their respective invites in mid-November, heading to the Texas Hall of Fame Invite (Swim) and Ohio State Fall Invite (Dive).
On Saturday, Jan. 9, the ‘Cats return home to meet crosstown foe UChicago. Just a week later, NU is set to host Wisconsin for Senior Day on Saturday, Jan. 16. Northwestern will then conclude its regular season in West Lafayette, Ind., with a tri meet against Purdue and Minnesota.
The women’s team will head to Iowa City, Iowa for the 2026 Big Ten Championships Feb. 17-20. A week later, Feb. 24-27, the men’s team will travel to West Lafayette for their 2026 Big Ten Championships.
NU divers will compete for a spot in the NCAA Championships at NCAA Diving Zones in West Lafayette, beginning March 8.
The 2026 NCAA Championships will be hosted in Austin, Texas. The women’s competition will run March 17-20, with the men’s a week later, March 24-27.
