OLYMPIA FIELDS, Ill. – Northwestern men’s golf returns to the state of Illinois this week, competing at the Olympia Fields Fighting Illini Collegiate in Olympia Fields, Illinois. The 54-hole event will be contested across two days, and features eight teams from last season’s NCAA Championship Finals.
Due to forecasted inclement weather, teams will play 36 holes of continuous play on Friday, with tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m. CT. Final round tee times will begin at 8 a.m. CT on Saturday, and will roll into Sunday if necessary.
The Field
The Wildcats will compete as part of a 15-team field that consists of host-school Illinois, Alabama, Arizona State, Baylor, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, LSU, Oklahoma State, Pepperdine, Stanford, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and UNLV.
