Northwestern Athletics Announces Expanded Food and Beverage Options at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium

Evanston, Ill. (August 30, 2024) – Northwestern Athletics is excited to announce its lineup of food and beverage options for fans attending home football games at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium this season.
New Food Partners Plus Fan Favorites
Fans can enjoy classic stadium bites like burgers, hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and Italian sausages at our gameday fare concession tents, run by Levy Restaurants. Vienna Beef, a proud sponsor, will serve its iconic, Chicago-style hot dogs.
Popular plant-based local eatery, Elephant and Vine, will offer their vegan burgers at stadium concession stands. In addition, Nuts on Clark, the famous Chicago-based popcorn company, will be serving their signature popcorn, a must-try treat at the stadium.
Local Beverage Options
Evanston-based Sketchbook Brewing Company will offer a selection of their craft beers at the stadium. In addition, official beer sponsor, Bud Light, will be available for sale at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium.
For fans who prefer cocktails, Carbliss, premium, ready-to-drink hand-crafted cocktails will be available at concession stands.
Northwestern has approval for alcohol sales for those over the age of 21 at the field and tailgating area on the lakefill. Vendors will require ID checks at both venues.
Beyond the perimeters of Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium and the nearby Lakeside Gameday tailgate area, alcohol may only be served by licensed and insured caterers at registered University events.
Food Trucks
New this season is a debut of a variety of food trucks from Evanston and Chicago, including Cheesie's Pub & Grub (grilled cheese), Flash Taco (tacos), La Cocinita (Venezuelan-inspired Latin American street food), Rainbow Cone (ice cream), Serna's Grill (Italian beefs and Italian ices), and Soul & Smoke (BBQ). Food trucks will be parked in the north and west ends of the stadium.
A Complete Game Day Experience
Fans are encouraged to arrive early to explore the full range of food and beverage offerings available at the stadium. Whether you are in the mood for classic eats, local favorites or refreshing drinks, Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium has something for everyone.
Outside food and beverages will not be allowed in the venue.
The Wildcats' first game is this Saturday, August 31 versus Miami (OH) at 2:30 p.m. CT. Gates to Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Tickets can be purchased here.
