Northwestern Earns Big Ten Tournament Double-Bye and No. 4 Seed

EVANSTON, Ill. – After finishing the regular season with a 21-10 overall record and a 12-8 conference record, which tied for third in the league standings, Northwestern has earned the No. 4 seed at the upcoming Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament in Minneapolis, Minn. The Wildcats earned a double-bye to the quarterfinals for the second consecutive season and will take on an opponent TBD at approximately 1:30 p.m. CT on Friday, March 15 on BTN and WGN Radio 720.
Sullivan-Ubben Head Coach Chris Collins has guided the Wildcats to consecutive double-byes in the Big Ten Tournament, a first in school history. Northwestern earned the No. 2 seed last season, its highest ever in the event.
