Northwestern Announces Complete 2025 Football Schedule

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern football announced its 2025 schedule on Wednesday, featuring seven home contests in the 12-game slate.
The Wildcats will play their first five home games at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium, the temporary on-campus facility along the shore of Lake Michigan. Two late-season home games will take place at Wrigley Field in Chicago, when the Wildcats return to the Friendly Confines.
The Wildcats then head to Evanston for a four-game homestand, beginning with the home opener vs. Western Illinois on Saturday, September 6. Big Ten play kicks off on Saturday, September 13, with a marquee matchup against 2024 Big Ten Champion, Oregon.
The 2025 home slate concludes with two games at Wrigley Field: a matchup against Michigan on Saturday, November 15, and a clash with Minnesota on Saturday, November 22. The regular season wraps up the following week with a trip downstate to Champaign to take on Illinois on Saturday, November 29 for the Land of Lincoln Trophy.
Season ticket renewals for the 2025 campaign will launch the week of December 16, with more detailed information to be shared directly to season ticket holders in the coming days.
Fans interested in purchasing new season tickets can place an initial payment here . New season tickets will officially go on sale this spring. Season ticket holders will also receive priority to purchase tickets for games at Wrigley Field this spring.
