Northwestern Men’s Basketball Announces 2023-24 Big Ten Schedule

EVANSTON Ill. – The Northwestern men's basketball team announced its 2023-24 Big Ten Conference schedule on Tuesday morning. The Wildcats will open conference action with a home game on Friday, Dec. 1 against Purdue.
Season tickets are available now. The Wildcats complete home slate includes league games against Purdue, Michigan State, Maryland, Illinois, Ohio State, Nebraska, Penn State, Michigan, Iowa and Minnesota and non-conference matchups against Binghamton, Dayton, Western Michigan, Northern Illinois, Detroit Mercy, Chicago State and Jackson State.
For the first time in the event's history, the Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament will take place at Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn. from Wednesday, March 13 through Sunday, March 17.

After opening conference play against Purdue, Northwestern will play five non-conference games before resuming league play for the remainder of the season at Illinois on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
Minnesota comes to Evanston for the regular season finale on Saturday, March 9. Tip times and television networks will be announced at a later date.
Northwestern's Big Ten Conference Schedule
Head coach Chris Collins enters his 11th year at the helm of Northwestern hoops, and is coming off the program's second NCAA Tournament appearance and a second-place finish in the Big Ten standings. He inked a contract extension through the 2027-28 season this offseason. Collins and the 'Cats return four of their top six scorers from last season, including All-Big Ten first team selection Boo Buie.
