EVANSTON, Ill. — Northwestern battled back from a four goal deficit at the half to earn their first upset of the season against No. 3 Boston College 15-14 and the program's first win over the Eagles since 2013.
Dylan Amonte led the Wildcats with a career high five goals and one assist. Izzy Scane followed with four goals – her third straight game with at least that many goals. First-year Madison Taylor continued to impress, following with a hat trick of her own.
Molly Laliberty tallied nine saves for a .391 save percentage, coming up with a few key stops fo the Northwestern defense. Kendall Halpern served as Laliberty's co-star on defense, matching her career high with three caused turnovers and picking up a ground ball.

Northwestern found their response to the red hot Boston College offense in Izzy Scane – who rocketed home all four of her goals in the second half. Taylor assisted Scane with two goals of her own allowing Northwestern to outscore Boston College 9-4 in the second half. Emerson Bohlig found the last goal of the game and her first of the season to lock down a Wildcat win.
