'Cats Set to Compete at Purdue Invitational

EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern swimming and diving is set to travel to West Lafayette, Indiana to compete in the Purdue Invitational at the Morgan J. Burke Aquatic Center for the third consecutive year. The meet will run from Thursday, Nov. 16 to Saturday, Nov. 18, with LCM Time Trials set for Sunday, Nov. 19.
MEET HISTORY
Northwestern is competing in the Purdue Invitational for the third consecutive year. The Wildcat Women claimed a first place finish in 2021. Last season, the Northwestern Women placed second, while the Northwestern Men claimed third place.
THE FIELD
Northwestern is one of five schools competing as a co-ed team, joining McKendree, Missouri State, Purdue, and Southern Illinois. Illinois, Illinois State, and Marshall will be competing only on the women's side.
