EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern men's soccer finishes its rivalry tour of the Chicago programs when it faces Loyola on Friday night. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT at Loyola Soccer Park and will be streamed on ESPN+.

The Wildcats are coming off a scrappy 0-0 draw on Monday night on UIC. After going down to 10 men in the 30th minute, the 'Cats battled out the next 80 under siege for a road result.

"The players have recovered physically and are ready to engage our next opponent on the road," said head coach Russell Payne. "We cherish moments to meet these competitive tests and Loyola is strong team that will challenge us to be at our very best for 90 minutes."

The Ramblers are 2-0 on the season with wins over DePaul and Western Michigan.

Northwestern will be without attacker Jospeh Arena due to red card suspension, but first-year Justin Weiss has looked dangerous in attack as well as upperclassmen Bardia Kimiavi. The backline featuring Spencer Farina, Julian Zighelboim, Jayson Cyrus, Ibrahim Obeid and others will look to build on its strong performance at Flames Field on Monday.
