Knisely Named Director of Video Operations

EVANSTON, Ill. — Alex Knisely has been named Northwestern Football's Director of Video Operations, Dan and Susan Jones Family Head Football Coach Pat Fitzgerald announced Monday.
This is Knisely's second stint in Evanston. She spent two seasons on the Wildcats' staff (2017-18) as the assistant director of video operations before leading Kansas Football's video department since January of 2019.
"My husband, Joe, son, Bobby, and I are excited to rejoin the Northwestern Football Family," said Knisely.
"We are ecstatic to welcome Alex and her family back to the program," said Fitzgerald. "She is one of the most well-respected and talented individuals in our industry and we look forward to her leadership having a positive impact on our program's operation moving forward."
Prior to her first Northwestern stop, Knisely held the position of video coordinator at both FIU and Eastern Michigan. Knisely got her start at Georgia, where she was a student video assistant with the Bulldogs football program, while earning her bachelor's degree in mass media arts.
