CHAMPIONSHIP CENTRAL | FULL RESULTS
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Northwestern sits in sixth place at the 2021 Big Ten Men's Swimming Championships with 554 points heading into the final day of competition.
Connor LaMastra earned a bronze medal on Friday evening in the 200 fly with a time of 1:42.68 and teammate Benjamin Miller earned a fifth-place finish overall in same event with a time of 1:44.35.
LaMastra and Aleeksa Bobar each placed into the A final of the 200 free, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively. Emils Jurick paced the Wildcats in the 400 IM finishing 14th overall with a time of 3:50.56, while Ryan King finished 19th and Benjamin Miller touched in at 24th.
Bacarizo Martos grabbed a third-place finish in the B Final of the 100 back with a time of 46.89 on Friday night. Kevin Houseman qualified for the A Final, posting a time of 51.87, while Kai Tik Mok finished 14th overall with a time of 53.38.
Northwestern's 200 free relay placed 10th.
The final day of the championships feature the 100 free, 1650 free, 200 back, 200 breast and 400 free.
