EVANSTON, Ill. – Northwestern fencing split their contests in Sunday's tri-dual. The Wildcats took down Lawrence twice and fell short in the two duals against Notre Dame.

The 'Cats won 49 of the 54 bouts against Lawrence with stellar performances from Sofia Simontov, Isabelle Banin, and Dhruthi Reddy. The foilers combined for 12-1 in their bouts.Â
