The Wildcats made quick work of the Commodores in doubles. Steven Forman/Natan Spear battled to a 6-2 victory at No. 3 before Simen Bratholm/Nick Brookes secured the point with a 6-1 win at the No. 1 slot.
Trice Pickens kept the momentum for the 'Cats with a 7-6, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles. He was followed up by a victory for Steven Forman in the No. 2 slot, 6-4, 6-3. Chris Ephron clinched the match for NU with a 6-4, 3-6, 6-2 win at No. 4 singles.
The final three Wildcats would go on to take their matches as well. Nick Brookes won at No. 3 singles, 5-7, 6-2, 6-2, Dominik Stary was victorious in the No. 1 slot, 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, and Simen Bratholm won at No. 6, 6-4, 6-7, 6-1.
Chicago's Big Ten Team will be back in action on Sunday when they head to Massachuesets to take on Harvard. Match time is set for 10 a.m. CT.
