EAST LANSING, IL – Northwestern fell to Michigan State Saturday night in East Lansing, 3-2.
Junior Nia Robinson led the Wildcats with a game-high 12 kills. First-years Temi Thomas-Ailara and Desiree Becker combined for an additional 20 kills.
For the second game in a row, Becker tied for a team-high four blocks. Junior Ella Grbac tied with Becker in blocks and also contributed three kills.
The 'Cats will be back on the court Friday evening as they kick off Alumni Weekend against Rutgers at 7 pm at Welsh-Ryan Arena.
