INDIANAPOLIS – Northwestern, the No. 12 seed in the 2018 Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament, matches up with No. 5-seed Iowa in the second round Thursday at 1:30 p.m. CT inside Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
The Wildcats have won three of their last four overall, including a 68-63 victory over Wisconsin in the first round Wednesday. First-year guard Lindsey Pulliam scored 24 points in that contest, and NU led by as many as 17 in the fourth quarter.
Northwestern beat Iowa when the teams played in the 8-9 game of the tournament last season, a 78-73 decision.
The winner of Thursday's game will play No. 4-seed Minnesota at 1:30 p.m. CT Friday.
