‘Cats head to Minnesota for Mock Duals

MINNEAPOLIS, MINN. - This weekend, the Wildcats will head to Minneapolis for the Gopher Invitational. Hosted by Minnesota, the tournament is set to take place Nov. 2-4.

The 'Cats are coming off of a successful weekend at the Big Ten Championships, where they brought home their third consecutive Big Ten Singles Championships. Junior Dominik Stary brought home his second title in three years, after playing through six rounds of some of the Big Ten's top players.

Northwestern will be facing off against talented teams from all over the country including Dartmouth, Denver, DePaul, Drake, Marquette, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oregon, Utah and Wisconsin.

Matches are set to being Friday Nov. 2 at 9 am with play continuing on Saturday Nov. 3 and Sunday Nov. 4 at 8 am. The tournament will take place at the Baseline Tennis Center and live streaming can be found here.
