EVANSTON, Ill. -- Junior guard Bryant McIntosh (Greensburg, Ind./Greensburg) continues to reel in the accolades, earning National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 7 Second Team recognition on Wednesday.

McIntosh was previously named to the All-Big Ten Second Team as well as the USBWA All-District V Team.

He was Northwestern's leading scorer this season, averaging 14.8 points per contest and a Big Ten-leading 5.2 assists per game. The point guard was particularly productive over the second half of the season, averaging 17.8 points per game over the team's final 18 games.

McIntosh played a vital role in leading the Wildcats to a school-record 24 victories and the team's first NCAA tournament appearance in school history. He averaged 22.5 points and 5.0 assists in NU's two NCAA tournament games, including scoring 25 points in the team's first-round win over Vanderbilt. He followed up the performance by posting 20 points and 7 assists in a second-round contest against top-seeded Gonzaga.
