SERIES HISTORY
This will be the 74th meeting all-time between Northwestern and Indiana. The teams have alternated wins in each of the last five games, with Northwestern taking the most recent, a 79-73 win in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament last year. Indiana leads the all-time series, 38-35, but Northwestern holds a 20-12 advantage in Evanston.

RARE COMPANY
With 22 points last Saturday at Maryland, Nia Coffey became the fifth Big Ten player to record 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in a career. She now has 2,018 points and 1,049 rebounds and joins an elite group that includes Illinois' Jenna Smith (2007-10), Minnesota's Laura Coenen (1982-85), and Ohio State's Jessica Davenport (2004-07) and Jantel Lavender (2008-11).
Coffey also became the 18th student from a Big Ten school (and the first Wildcat) to collect 1,000 career rebounds following her 14-rebound night on Dec. 19 at Gonzaga.
She is also one of just two NCAA D1 players this year currently averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds per game. The other is Madison Hovren of Army.

GRAND THEFT ASHLEY
Ashley Deary broke the Big Ten's all-time steals record last Tuesday (Jan. 3) against Ohio State with career steal No. 373 early in the first quarter. She now stands at 381 for her career and owns the top three NU single-season steals records, career record and Big Ten single season record, along with the Big Ten career record. She broke a 16-year-old record previously held by Michigan's Stacey Thomas. Deary is also the nation's current active career steals leader with 381 and leads the category by 72. She ranks fifth in the country this season and first in the Big Ten in steals per game with 4.12.
