EVANSTON, Ill. -- Season tickets are now on sale for the upcoming 2016-17 Northwestern men's basketball season and can be ordered by calling 888-GO-PURPLE or by visiting the Tickets page on NUsports.com.
Additionally, renewals are being accepted for existing season ticket holders. Renewals are due by July 15.
Northwestern is slated to play 19 home games at Welsh-Ryan Arena this season, including nonconference matchups against DePaul and Wake Forest as well as nine games against Big Ten Conference foes.
Upper and lower level purple seats are sold out for individuals looking to purchase season tickets for the first time. Regular reserved seats are available for $294, a 45 percent savings off single-game prices. Northwestern University faculty and staff can purchase season tickets for $246, while NU young alumni and graduate student tickets are just $153.
Season ticket holders also have the opportunity to purchase additional single-game tickets for all home games before they go on sale to the general public. Orders for additional single-game tickets can only be placed over the phone. The on-sale date for single-game tickets will be announced at a later date.
Head coach Chris Collins welcomes back three starters and 10 letterwinners overall from last year's squad, including All-Big Ten guard Bryant McIntosh. The Wildcats are coming off a 2015-16 season that saw them set a regular-season school record with 20 wins.
