#B1GCats Announce 2016 Homecoming Kickoff Time

EVANSTON, Ill. — Northwestern, in conjunction with the Big Ten Conference, has announced its 2016 Homecoming contest against Indiana on Saturday, October 22, will kick off at 11 a.m. CT.
The Wildcats and Hoosiers will meet for the first time since a 44-29 Northwestern victory at Ryan Field in 2012. The 'Cats have won each of the last four meetings against IU and have a 46-34-1 record all-time against the Hoosiers dating back to the first meeting in 1899.

The television designation for Northwestern's game against the Hoosiers will be announced at a later date by the Big Ten broadcast rightsholders.
Chicago's Big Ten Team announced earlier this week (Monday) that it would play back-to-back Saturday night games under the lights at Ryan Field on September 17 against ACC foe Duke at 7 p.m. CT and on September 24 in the Big Ten opener against West Division-rival Nebraska at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Season tickets for the Wildcats' seven-game home slate are on sale now at NUSports.com. Information on group ticket packages at Ryan Field is available HERE or by calling a Wildcats Account Executive at 888-GO-PURPLE.
The Big Ten Conference also announced the additional 13 homecoming game times for the league's institutions Wednesday, which include the Wildcats' visits to Iowa on October 1 at 11 a.m. and Michigan State on October 15 at 2:30 p.m.
