EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern freshman Andrew Cramer (Indianapolis, Ind./Cathedral) has been named the Big Ten Men's Swimming Diver of the Week, the conference announced today.
Cramer placed first in the three-meter (386.70) and second in the one-meter (317.90) diving competition in Northwestern's dual meet versus Wisconsin.
Both dives met NCAA Zone Diving standards and it helped the Wildcats defeat the Badgers, 165-135
It marks Cramer's first-career Diver of the Week honor and the first Big Ten weekly accolade for Northwestern this season.
Cramer is NU's first Diver of the Week since Ryan McIntosh (Dec. 4, 2007).
