Northwestern Announces Three October Kickoff Times

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern and the Big Ten Conference announced today (May 3) three homecoming game kickoff times for the 2012 football season.
Northwestern's 2012 homecoming game against Iowa on Saturday, Oct. 27, is set for an 11 a.m. CT start. In addition, NU's games Oct. 6 at Penn State and Oct. 13 at Minnesota also will be 11 a.m. CT kickoffs. Television designations will be announced two weeks prior to each game.
Northwestern previously announced a primetime 7 p.m. CT kickoff for its 2012 home opener on Saturday, Sept. 8, against Vanderbilt. That game is the first of seven for the Wildcats at Ryan Field this year. Season tickets are available now by calling the Northwestern Athletics ticket office at 888-GO-PURPLE or on NUsports.com.
