EVANSTON, Ill. -- At its annual spring exhibition Saturday, April 14, at Ryan Field, Northwestern aired the first installation in what will be a series of videos introducing the college football world to NU's new Under Armour jerseys launching this fall.
In the coming weeks and months, Northwestern and Under Armour will continue to release video vignettes outlining the technology, design and history of the Wildcats' new jerseys, which will debut Sept. 1, 2012, in Northwestern's season opener at Syracuse. The video teasers will lead up to a full jersey reveal later this summer.

Northwestern and Under Armour announced a new multiyear partnership on Dec. 17, 2011, designating Under Armour as the official outfitter of the university's athletic program. Under Armour will outfit all of Northwestern's 19 men's and women's varsity athletic teams beginning in the 2012-13 seasons.
Northwestern, Chicago's Big Ten Team, is the first and only school in both the Big Ten Conference and the Chicago area market to have Under Armour as its exclusive outfitter.
