Michael Thompson Profiled in Sunday's Episode of The Journey

EVANSTON, Ill. - Fresh off a 22-point performance in a win over No. 24 Illinois on Saturday, Northwestern senior point guard Michael Thompson is being profiled in Sunday's all-new episode of The Journey on Big Ten Network.
The program debuts at 1 p.m. Central time and re-airs later that evening at 7, 8:30 and 10 p.m.
Thompson played all 40 minutes of Saturday's contest, and that's nothing new for the Chicago native. The durable four-year starter has been among the nation's leaders in minutes played during his career. The Journey takes a look at Thompson's training and rehabilitation regimen which has helped him become Northwestern's all-time leader in minutes played.
His start on Saturday was the 117th of his career, tying him with Jitim Young (2001-04) for the most in program history. All of Thompson's starts have come consecutively, the fourth-longest active streak in the nation.
