GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Behind sophomores Alexandra Lederhausen (Hinsdale, Ill./Central) and Kylie Fuller's (Temecula, Calif./Chapparal) even-par 72, Northwestern moved up three spots during the second round at the 2010 Bryan National Collegiate. Freshman Lauren Weaver (Scottsdale, Ariz./Cactus Shadows) finished Saturday's second round with a 1-over 73 as the Wildcats post a 10-over 298 on the day.

Beginning the day in 16th-place, Northwestern made a move toward the top-10 with its 12th sub-300 round of the season as its 298 was the fifth-best score of the round. The Wildcats are currently tied for 13th overall with UNC Greensboro and sits one stroke back of both Arkansas and Louisville in 11th.

Northwestern opened up the day on the 10th hole, but it was on the front nine where the Wildcats made their move. Lederhausen shot a 2-under 34 with Fuller coming in at 1-under 35 and Weaver shooting even-par. Weaver and Lederhausen sit atop of the Northwestern scorecard with their 5-over 149 as the duo is currently tied for 23rd-place in the individual standings.

Fuller recovered from a rough opening round and now sits third among Wildcat golfers with a 12-over 156. Junior Kelsey Lindenschmidt (West Chester, Ohio/Ursuline Academy) is a stroke back at 13-over 157 after a 9-over 81 in round two with freshman Anne Ormson (Granger, Ind./St. Anthony's) rounding out the scoring at 21-over 165.

Florida State now occupies the top slot in the team standings as its 3-over 579 is one shot better than second-place Wake Forest's 4-over 580. Tennessee, which began the day in first place, dropped back into a tie for third with Big Ten rival Ohio State (16-over 592) with Duke (17-over 593) rounding out the top five.

Sunday's final round gets underway at 7:30 a.m. CT at the Bryan Park Player's Course with a shotgun start. Northwestern will begin on holes 13-15, with live final round scoring available at Golfstat.com.
